Time for Block 3 of the I Wish You a Merry Quilt Along. This block was created by Laura at Slice of Pi Quilts. For those interested in learning more about the QAL, you can jump in by reading the intro post (all the information, released block links and upcoming blocks are posted there).
I selected a random set of fabrics from my slim holiday stash. Moda, Robert Kaufman and Christmas on Brambleberry Ridge. Santa went for a black tie kind of look in this block!
Fabric cut and ready to go – this pattern exemplified what a quick block is all about!
I am in love with how quickly this block came together. I’ll post an updated picture with it quilted once I wrap up the quilt as I go part.
It is a beautiful addition to my earlier blocks and I am tempted to make another one for a pillow!
So cute! These blocks are very creative. Love your fabric choices in all the blocks!

Thank you Sandy. Picking fabric continues to take the most time for me! I pull, stare, mix, then shuffle again. I appreciate your feedback, great boost in the arm!
