It is check in time for the Splash of Color QAL. The pattern I chose is Cascading Stars by Afton Warrick. I am happily further along than I thought I would be after posting this update a couple of weeks ago.
The colors are so bright against the charcoal to black background fabric. And, I am a little early on the top having fully assembled the blocks.
Now to pick a backing, sandwich and move towards the quilting.

So pretty. The colors pop well against that dark background. That pattern is on my to do list.

Thank you Danice. It is such an easy pattern to! I’d only make it bigger next time. It is small, will be a great tablecloth, baby blanket or leg throw!
